Let Cambridge Choose
A stronger democracy starts with an elected executive branch. It's time for Cambridge voters to decide who leads our city.
We deserve a say
Cambridge’s government is dominated by an unelected City Manager, who holds near-absolute executive power with no direct accountability to voters. This structure has historical ties to inequity and continues to shut residents out of key decisions that shape our city.

It's in our hands
A rare opportunity for reform emerged through a years-long Charter Review Committee (CRC) process, and the CRC even narrowly voted in favor of switching to an elected executive branch, but the City Council blocked that idea and nearly all CRC recommendations before voters could weigh in. Our campaign offers a new path forward—one that bypasses the City Council and lets the people decide.

Join Us
By gathering enough signatures from Cambridge voters, we can create a democratically elected Charter Commission to rethink our government, ensure greater accountability, and amplify the voices of communities currently underrepresented in the halls of power. Join us in shaping a government that better represents all of Cambridge!
